Sit Means Sit Collar Warranty  by  Sit Means Sit Inc.

The purchase of the Sit Means Sit Collar includes a lifetime warranty that covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Physical damage
  • Normal wear and tear

US Customers:

To make a warranty claim:
  1. Call or e-mail SportDog customer care.
  2. Identify to the customer care rep that you have a 'Sit Means Sit - SMS Unit'

Canadian Customers:

This warranty is provided to the consumer by SportDog a division of Radio Systems Corp.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sit Means Sit Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards  by 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Shipping Policy  by 


  • Physical Address: Sit Means Sit, Inc. requires a physical address for shipping. PO Boxes are not acceptable. A business address is highly recommended for ease of receipt.
  • Shipping Days: Sit Means Sit Inc. releases ground, 3-day air, 2-day air, overnight shipments on Mondays thru Fridays only.
  • Weather Check: Sit Means Sit, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or natural disaster.
  • For orders over $100 we recommend purchasing shipping insurance
  • Some products are shipped direct from our suppliers. Because of this, your order may be split into several shipments with separate tracking numbers.
Five key things you can do to minimize shipping risk:
  1. Select shipping with signature confirmation.
  2. Ship to an address where there is always someone available to receive your merchandise
  3. Make alternate arrangements directly with the carrier if no one will be available to receive your products at the ship-to address
Expedited Shipping Details

  • You may upgrade your shipping option to UPS 2nd Day during checkout by paying actual 2nd Day shipping rates. Shipping time starts when your package leaves our facility.
  • Orders received before 12PM PST usually will ship out the same day. Orders after 12 PM. will ship on the following business day; orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders are shipped UPS and can only be delivered to a physical address. We cannot send packages via UPS to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address.
Tracking Your Order

  • Orders can be tracked by going to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and typing in your tracking number from your notification. We also provide an email confirmation with every order that is placed. You can always track orders with one of our representatives by calling 1-866-748-6748 or 702-877-4581.
Shipping Notes

  • This shipping policy may be revised at any time
  • International orders will not be processed.
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before UPS considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-866-748-6748 or (702) 877-4581 to resolve any issues.
  • Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. For assistance with your order, or a Return Authorization, please contact our Customer Care Center at store@sitmeanssit.com or 1-866-748-6748 or (702) 877-4581.
  • We ship from Las Vegas, NV Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM PST usually ship out the same day. Typically, orders placed after 12PM PST will ship the following day. Orders placed Friday after 12PM PST will ship the following Monday. Times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable. You may view the status of your order by logging into your account.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Not all products available on our store have the same shipping origin. Multiple items from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking information. We cannot guarantee shipping times for products shipped outside of our warehouse.

Taxes  by 
Sit Means Sit Inc. collects state sales tax for all orders shipped to addresses within Nevada. Sales tax for order outside the state of Nevada becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sit Means Sit Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sit Means Sit Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
