These plastic basket style muzzles are serious muzzles for serious dogs. Available with or without a head strap for added security. They are manufactured from durable and easy to clean polyethylene with reinforced rubber straps. The straps are double riveted and the bridge features a padded insert.
Available in 8 sizes (size 0 to 5, 4R, 4R). 4S and 4R feature an additional headstrap, add $15.00.
Available in white, black or clear vinyl.

* Features Additional Head Strap Measuring Instructions
1) Measure around the dog's snout, just below the eyes. This is the circumference.
2) Measure the length of the dog's snout from the end of the nose to just below the eyes. This is the length.
3) Find the closest measurements in the chart above. It's better to size a muzzle a bit small than to size one too large. A muzzle that is too big will interfere with your dog's vision, and can be pulled off by the dog.

FITTING THE DOG: . The felt nosepiece should be just below the dog's stop with the end of the muzzle
touching the dog's nose. . When on the dog:
- pull the muzzle out and down - pull the muzzle out and up - if it comes off, it is either:
. too loose because straps are not tight enough, or
. too big for the dog . The muzzle should fit comfortably and allow the dog to pant and bark.
