The purchase of the Sit Means Sit Collar includes a lifetime warranty that covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Physical damage
  • Normal wear and tear

 

US Customers:

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Call or e-mail SportDog customer care.
  2. Identify to the customer care rep that you have a ‘Sit Means Sit – SMS Unit’
